SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
Shipping Methods & Costs:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): Free on all orders.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): A flat rate of $20.00.
- Next Day Air (1 Business Day): A flat rate of $40.00.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or inclement weather.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Visit our returns portal at lrgcollections.com to initiate your request.
- Follow the instructions to select the items you wish to return or exchange and print your prepaid shipping label.
- Securely pack your return items, attach the label, and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship your new item(s) once the original return is received and processed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via the returns portal at lrgcollections.com. We will gladly assist you and provide a replacement or refund.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes, but is not limited to, items purchased during clearance sales or special promotional events.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their destination country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
